At The Williams Center, an artist-run arts center and cinema complex, I lead the strategy across all digital marketing channels from creation to execution. My role includes email marketing, social media content management, content curation, teaming up with external copywriters, blog editors and video editors to create content that aligns with our brand and strategy, creating weekly and monthly reports, and keeping the KPIs report updated to upgrade the strategy. Additionally, I implemented a remote marketing workflow using Trello, Notion and Contentful to improve collaboration with external event producers and efficiency with the team. Overall, I have increased engagement, awareness, and conversion for The Williams Center by about 80%.

Alaia Jewelry
Alaia Jewelry is a pop-up jewelry e-commerce. As owner, I launched and built the online shop in Shopify, integrating it with Instagram and Facebook to drive a specific amount of online sales. Created branding and social media content to support sales. Successfully sold online a specific quantity of gold-filled merchandise brought from Colombia, exceeding sales targets from August 2022 to April 2023.

I worked as a graphic designer developing the customized icons for their services, the brand’s guidelines book and some visual materials like mailings, business cards, and posts for social media.

At Albaka Hostel
As co-owner of Albaka Hostel in Medellin, Colombia, I shaped my leadership skills by leading the digital marketing strategies that positioned the hostel among the top 10 accommodation establishments in Medellin on Booking.com in 2019, as well as managing the hospitality team training at the reception. I effectively managed multiple projects by launching the brand identity system, building concepts, executing final designs for digital and printed materials, and creating presentations for internal and external communications. Through strategic time management, I managed social media channels and built a global contact database of travelers.
My co-owner and I made the difficult decision to close the business due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and pursue different paths.

Poblado Guest House, a project by Arthur Leroux, started as a cozy spot near Poblado Park with a mission to provide travelers with a home-like experience.
I collaborated with Arthur to create the logo, establish the identity system from the ground up, design web graphics, and craft visual materials for both digital and print platforms to effectively convey the brand's essence.
